User Agreement — Effective 2026

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 7cgame platform available at https://7cgame.ws (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"), together with the 7cgame Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Continued use of 7cgame following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement constitutes the entire legal relationship between you and 7cgame with respect to your use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to that subject matter.

Use of the 7cgame Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and it is solely your responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such individual, employed by 7cgame or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform through a self-exclusion request that remains in effect.

7cgame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money games and betting markets on 7cgame, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to keep all account information up to date for the duration of your use of the Platform.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 7cgame. The registration of multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and all balances forfeited upon discovery.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 7cgame is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all account holders. The KYC process requires submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, unexpired Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your residential address, issued within the past three months.
• Source of Funds: For higher-tier accounts or large deposit volumes, 7cgame may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of the funds being deposited.

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. 7cgame recommends completing KYC at the earliest opportunity after registration to ensure uninterrupted access to withdrawal services. All KYC documentation is stored securely in accordance with the 7cgame Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7cgame account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

7cgame will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password or two-factor authentication codes. Any communication purporting to be from 7cgame and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to the 7cgame support team.

You agree to notify 7cgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 7cgame will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your authorising a third party to access your account.

7cgame provides two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on your account. Accounts with 2FA enabled benefit from enhanced protection against unauthorised access and may be eligible for expedited withdrawal processing.

All financial transactions on the 7cgame Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the time of the transaction. The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL internet banking
• UBL internet banking
• Meezan Bank internet banking
• Raast (instant inter-bank payment)
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 7cgame PKR balance within approximately two minutes under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits are processed on the same business day. 7cgame does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. 7cgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds.

Anti-Money Laundering: 7cgame operates in full compliance with its international gaming license obligations with respect to anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that raises a suspicion of money laundering activity will be escalated, the relevant account suspended, and a report filed with the appropriate authority. Funds suspected to be proceeds of criminal activity will be held and reported.

7cgame offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentive programmes to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits are specified in the individual offer terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
• 7cgame reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any wagering already completed under that bonus will be assessed at 7cgame's reasonable discretion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• 7cgame reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has exploited or abused the bonus system, including through arbitrage betting, the use of automated play tools, or coordinated multi-account behaviour.

7cgame's casino lobby — including live dealer games, video slots, table games, and game show titles — operates using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing of cards and spinning of wheels under controlled studio conditions. The outcome of all games is determined by chance and is not influenced by 7cgame or any of its staff.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published in the respective game information panels within the Platform. Live dealer games operate according to the published house rules for each game variant. 7cgame does not manipulate RTP settings on individual accounts.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the following principles apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• If a technical fault results in an incorrect display of a game outcome, 7cgame reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player.
• Winnings paid as a result of a software or configuration error — including but not limited to incorrect RTP settings or erroneous jackpot payouts — may be voided and reclaimed by 7cgame, with the original stake returned to the player.

The use of any automated playing tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with casino games is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

The 7cgame sportsbook offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC, and other sports. The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the Platform:

Bet Placement: Bets are accepted up to the published closing time for each market. Bets placed after a market has been suspended or closed — whether due to match start, in-play status, or 7cgame's discretion — will be voided and the stake returned. It is the player's responsibility to verify market status before placing bets.

Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of display. 7cgame reserves the right to change odds at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. A bet is only accepted and confirmed when 7cgame's system returns a bet confirmation and reference number to the player.

Void and Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion threshold required by the relevant market rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. In-play bets are processed subject to a brief acceptance delay during which the requested odds are confirmed. 7cgame reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

Maximum Winnings: 7cgame reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits to sports betting winnings. Maximum payout limits by sport and market type are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform and are subject to change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7cgame Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or navigate the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corrupt play, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of sporting events or casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 7cgame support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or multi-player formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any activity connected to the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Abusing the bonus system through multi-account behaviour, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated exploitation.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward 7cgame staff or other platform users.

All content on the 7cgame Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, sound effects, animations, databases, and compiled data — is the property of 7cgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 7cgame.
• Modify, create derivative works from, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform software.
• Use any 7cgame branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 7cgame.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of 7cgame's intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7cgame and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or failures in the Platform's availability or performance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game rules.

7cgame's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7cgame account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 7cgame's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7cgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 7cgame includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, CNIC number, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory reporting obligations.

7cgame does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Certain data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or licensing obligations.

7cgame is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders, free of charge, via the account settings panel or by contacting the 7cgame support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account from deposits and gameplay for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated 7cgame account at any time. You may close your account by contacting the 7cgame support team via live chat. 7cgame will process your closure request and return any verified real-money balance to your designated withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering conditions on any active bonus funds.

7cgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Discovery of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing authority.
• Detection of automated play, bot usage, or prohibited technical interference with the Platform.

Where an account is terminated by 7cgame due to the player's breach of this Agreement, 7cgame reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to bonus winnings, fraudulent deposits, or funds suspected to be proceeds of criminal activity, pending investigation and regulatory reporting obligations.

7cgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under the Agreement — 7cgame will provide reasonable advance notice via email notification to the address registered to your account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material changes — including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or minor structural reorganisations that do not alter the substantive meaning of the Agreement — may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any updates. The date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent version. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 7cgame's international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and 7cgame arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact the 7cgame customer support team via live chat to attempt resolution informally. The support team is available 24/7 and will endeavour to resolve your concern within five business days of the initial contact.

If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute may be escalated to the dispute resolution process established by 7cgame's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process are available from the 7cgame support team upon request.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
